RNS Network Guardrails

•Three purchase rails (do not conflate): Alipay/Stripe buy Studio credits; OKX USDT/USDC/BTC/ETH deposits buy credits directly; RNS Pay requires BNB→RNS on Pancake then a BSC RNS transfer (10% package discount). Token presale at token.rnoise.cn is BNB-only in Phase 1 UI.
•Studio vs Market Ledgers: Generation credits (fiat billing) operate on an off-chain secure ledger. The Rights Market supports BSC RNS pay per listing in Phase C.
•Claims Processing: Claims for licensing rights can only be settled post-fulfillment and are subject to manual audit. Auto-minting is strictly disabled in early network phases.
•Gray Testing: Public token sales do not run directly on rnoise.cn. Secure portals for custody and token claims are hosted at token.rnoise.cn and wallet.rnoise.cn.
