禁止项

禁止声称独家；禁止转售「许可本身」或伪装成买断；禁止移除 AI 来源披露（若作品为 AI 生成）；禁止超订单范围的转授权批发。

地域

默认全球非独家，除非订单另有书面地域限制。

转让

随项目可内部转让一次给关联实体需书面通知平台（草案占位）；默认不可公开转售许可。

退款（占位）

数字履约后默认不可退；支付失败/未履约按支付网关与平台政策处理（草案占位，非法务终稿）。

After payment and fulfillment (TradeOrder FULFILLED + LicenseGrant), buyer receives non-exclusive commercial rights for the work: streaming release, personal/brand content, limited sync as stated on the order/certificate. Seller/platform may grant the same class of license to others.

Prohibited

No exclusive claims; no resale of the license as a product or as a buyout; no removal of AI-origin disclosure where applicable; no wholesale sublicensing beyond order scope.

Territory

Worldwide non-exclusive by default unless the order states limits.

Transfer

Internal transfer to an affiliate once may require written notice (placeholder); public resale of the license is not allowed by default.

Digital fulfillment is generally final; failed payment / non-fulfillment follows gateway + platform policy (draft only).
